Welcome to Your Delivery, operated by FTBI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.yourdelivery.ie and its associated services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes.

2. Prohibited Actions

You must not:

  • Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Interfere with Platform security or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Account Usage

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through third-party providers.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • FTBI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the past six months.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Irish law.
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
